My passion to crochet and my experimental creations were mostly gifted to family and friends. I now use my skill to weave up something interesting.

The only christening outfit available, these days, is a white lace dress or a white satin and lace shirt and pant which didn’t quite appeal to us. Hence we decided to provide options.

Traditionally the new born needs to wear white and so we decided to crochet a fully functional dungarees in white.

Materials used

Vardhaman White Baby Wool

Wooden buttons

Velcro .. (optional)

The finished product can be used till the baby is 6 – 9 months old Or even more, subject to the baby’s weight and height.

Usage of Velcro is not quite advisable as it interferes with the wool , however it would be an optional choice.

Although White was a color of my choice, the same outfit can be custom made as per the color of your choice.

NOTE: THE BLUE ROMPER IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE DUNGAREE

Please do ensure that you avoid strong detergents when cleaning the crochet and knitted products.

Do ensure that you starch the products after a wash to ensure they remain crisp, this is not a must do , but helps keep the doily spread out nicely on any surface.
