RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ArtyOwl.com believes in helping the Buyers. In order to facilitate a hassle free online purchase experience for the Buyers, ArtyOwl.com provides for a return, refund and cancellation policy (“Return Policy“) that addresses the issues.

Request for Return: The Buyer may make a request for return of the Product if the Product is faulty or defective, damaged, different from the description provided on the Online Store or of a different size or fit. The Buyer may only in certain cases request for a return of the Product, if the Buyer is unhappy with the quality of the Product. In case of faulty, defective or damaged Product, the Buyer is required to send images of broken, defective or damaged Product within 3 days from the date of delivery along with the order number to [email protected] . The photos of the damaged, defective or different products are essential to establish and defend the claim of the Buyer.

Timelines for Request for Return: The Buyer may raise a request for return of the Product anytime within 3 days from the date of delivery of the Product. The Return may be initiated by accessing and following the instruction at the ‘Return’ section on the Website.

Conditions to Return: The Product must be returned in the original condition in which they were received along with the bills and the labels. Products, which were sold as combo packs or sets, are not eligible for return or replacement as individual items. The Buyer is aware and acknowledges that in case of branded electronic items, the repair and replacement policy of the relevant brand will be applicable. Further, electronic, electrical, customized Products, consumables like food and beverages, bath and beauty products and bulky items like furniture, figurines, statues, paintings Lamps with Electrical Application, cannot be returned in case the Buyer is not happy with the Product, since the same cannot be resold.

Reverse Pickup Process: On receipt of Request for Return, wherever applicable, ArtyOwl.com will initiate reverse pickup through it Logistic Partner. The Logistic Partner will then contact the Buyer and arrange for the pick-up of the Product. The Buyer is required to collect a written confirmation with the order number from the Logistic Partner indicating that the relevant Product has been picked up. The Buyer may be required to furnish the written confirmation in case of discrepancy or dispute in relation to the reverse pick-up.

Self-Send Process: In certain case where the Website may not be able to provide for reverse pick-up, the Buyer may be required to initiate the return request and courier the Product along with the with the bills and the labels to the address as provide in the ‘Return’ section of the Website. The Buyer may be required to take a print of the Return Request Slip and provide the same to the courier agent or place it on the parcel of the returned Product. In the event the shipment is not delivered toArtyOwl.com or the shipment is empty, the onus shall be on the Buyer to prove by submitting a copy of the Proof of Delivery received from the courier service provider to establish the claim of return of the Product. ArtyOwl.com will not be liable for the products returned by mistake or belonging to other vendors.

Refund: On receipt of the returned Product, as per the terms of the Return Policy, ArtyOwl.com will process and issue store credit (in electronic form only) (“Store Credit“) to the Buyer. The Store Credit available to the Buyer can be utilized in part or fully to make any future purchases from the Website. The Store Credit shall be equivalent to the amount paid for the Product, minus the Charges and Taxes, as indicated on the invoice. The validity of the store credit is only for 90 days from acceptance of Return/Cancellation.

Exchange: In the event the Buyer places a request for exchange of the Product, the exchange will be done on the sale price of the Product and not on the maximum retail price or the reduced price. Further, any request for exchange or replacement will be subject to availability of the Product with the Online Store. The Buyer is aware and acknowledges that ArtyOwl.com simply facilitates the Vendors to list and sell their products and that ArtyOwl.com is neither the owner nor the seller of the products so listed. Artyowl.com does not guarantee Exchange unless it’s from the same vendor. We shall not facilitate exchange between products of 2 other or different vendors.

Cancellation of Transaction: The Buyer may cancel the Transaction within 24 Hours of placing the Order. The Buyer understands and acknowledged that once the Order is confirmed and the request is raised to the Vendor, then cancellation of the Order will not be possible.

Notice of Cancellation: ArtyOwl.com will accept notice of cancellation only when the Buyer within the timelines has made the cancellation request. In order to cancel an Order, the Buyer is required to make a cancellation request by calling on the Customer Care # 9892571717 number or by writing an e-mail to [email protected] .ArtyOwl.com will not accept and process any cancellation request sent in the manner other than as indicated herein.

Cancellation Charges: ArtyOwl.com reserves the right to levy and deduct Rs.250- Rs 500 per order as cancellation fee toward administrative and other expenses depending on actuals therein .
